1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PSC Network ("the Service"), operated by Prep Sports Central and FLOWW Media, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

PSC Network provides live and on-demand streaming of high school sports events. The Service includes free content, pay-per-view events, and subscription-based access to premium content.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
  • You are responsible for all activity on your account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Subscriptions and Payments

PSC Network offers subscription plans that provide unlimited access to streaming content. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
  • You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for renewal fees
  • Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law
  • We may change subscription prices with 30 days notice
  • 35% of subscription revenue is shared with affiliated schools

5. Content and Intellectual Property

All content on PSC Network, including but not limited to video streams, graphics, logos, and text, is owned by Prep Sports Central, FLOWW Media, or our content partners. You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without permission
  • Record, download, or capture streams for redistribution
  • Use the Service for commercial purposes without authorization
  • Circumvent any content protection measures

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Use automated tools to access the Service without permission

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE SERVICE. STREAM QUALITY MAY VARY BASED ON YOUR INTERNET CONNECTION AND OTHER FACTORS.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PSC NETWORK, PREP SPORTS CENTRAL, AND FLOWW MEDIA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
